Tunneling Lead – Infrastructure

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Tunneling Lead to oversee all tunnelling activities for infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures technical excellence and strict safety compliance throughout the entire tunnelling lifecycle, from planning to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all tunnelling operations on site.
• Monitor technical performance and enforce safety standards.
• Manage inspection procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing clear direction and decision‑making support.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and client teams to resolve technical challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, geotechnical or mining engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in tunnelling supervision.
• Relevant tunnelling certifications and a strong safety record.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in complex infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tunnelling software.
• Expertise in inspection procedures.
