About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a UAE National Receptionist to join its Jebel Ali Supply Chain Talent Pool. This full‑time position will be based onsite in Jebel Ali, Dubai, and will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and internal teams within the automotive supply chain environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, manage mail and deliveries, and maintain the reception area.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and support scheduling for supply chain, logistics, and customer experience teams.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document distribution.

Required profile

• UAE National with the right to work in the UAE.
