UI/UX Designer – Business Banking (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Business Banking squad in Dubai on a 9‑month contract. The role focuses on creating intuitive, logged‑in digital experiences for business and corporate customers, covering payments, account management, services and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end UX and UI for business banking platforms, including complex transactional flows.
• Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, stakeholders and other designers to ensure consistency with the design system and brand guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews, stakeholder workshops and product discussions.
• Support the delivery of designs from concept through development and implementation.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably within business, commercial or corporate banking.
• Hands‑on experience designing complex logged‑in banking experiences such as payments, account services and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant banking or financial‑services projects.
• Immediate availability or very short notice to start.
