UI/UX Lead – Telecom, FinTech & Media

About the role

Orbit Communications Company is seeking a visionary UI/UX Lead to shape the user experience across its telecom, fintech, and media digital platforms. You will combine creativity with strategic thinking to deliver seamless, high‑impact experiences for both consumer and enterprise users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and UX strategy for web, mobile, and connected devices.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Define and own UX KPIs, using data to continuously optimise designs.
• Collaborate with data, product, development, and stakeholder teams in agile sprints.
• Maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of feedback and innovation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record designing for subscription‑based or transactional platforms.
• Experience with smart TV, IoT, or connected device interfaces.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to pitch concepts and lead discussions.
