About the role
This unpaid, on‑site internship is designed for students, fresh graduates and early‑career candidates who want hands‑on experience in HR and talent operations. You will work in a structured, evidence‑based recruitment environment, focusing on accurate record‑keeping and reliable handovers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, evidence‑backed candidate records throughout the recruitment process.
- Verify recruitment events and candidate information against documented evidence.
- Reconcile records to ensure completeness and reliability.
- Track candidate status, actions, ownership and relevant deadlines.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate human owner.
- Support clear handovers between recruitment and talent operations.
- Maintain documentation required for recruitment decisions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Students, fresh graduates or early‑career individuals seeking HR experience.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to follow documented processes.
