About the role

A Used Car Sales Executive / Used Car Sales Consultant / Luxury Car Sales Executive is responsible for selling pre‑owned and luxury vehicles, developing customer relationships, managing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets while providing professional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell used and luxury vehicles to potential customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Generate leads through showroom visits, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Arrange vehicle viewings, test drives, and customer appointments.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and vehicle information for customers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and sales agreements within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, detailing, and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and sales records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in automotive sales, used car sales, luxury vehicle sales, or retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, confident, reliable, proactive, and results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or sales management systems.
