Vice President, International Marketing

About the role

Axon is seeking a Vice President to lead its International Marketing function. In this senior position you will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, storytelling and go‑to‑market execution for all priority markets outside the United States, driving demand and revenue growth for the company’s public‑safety technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a distributed, high‑performing international marketing team across Canada, EMEA, the UK, Latin America and APAC.
• Partner closely with regional sales leaders to generate pipeline and achieve ambitious bookings targets.
• Develop, refine and operationalise a global marketing strategy that scales success in strong markets while unlocking growth in high‑opportunity regions.
• Define a clear international narrative and brand identity that resonates locally across customer segments and cultures.
• Establish scalable localisation and creative processes to ensure the brand is trusted and relevant in every market.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer teams to design integrated campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience leading international marketing functions, preferably in technology or public‑safety sectors.
• Proven ability to build and develop high‑performing, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of translating strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional partnership.
