Vice President of Sales

About the role

Equiti Group is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead its Retail Sales division in Sharjah. The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio for Equiti Securities by leveraging deep knowledge of multi‑asset financial products and a strong network of high‑net‑worth individuals and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new client relationships across direct, indirect and alternative sales channels.
• Generate leads, convert prospects and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on market insights, trading matters and product education.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and development teams to support product launches and client events.
• Provide training on financial assets and trading platforms to existing and potential clients.
• Complete required training and development objectives within set timeframes.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of sales experience in financial services.
• Extensive network of high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional partners.
• CISI certification in Wealth Management or Introduction to Securities and Investments.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor team members.
