Videographer (French speaker)

About the role

The Videographer (French speaker) will join HBS Group’s Dubai office to create video content that highlights the company’s brands, services and client stories across digital channels. This full‑time, on‑site role combines planning, shooting and post‑production to deliver high‑quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and produce video content for the group’s brands and services.
• Operate various camera equipment and set up lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Record high‑quality footage and ensure visual consistency.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, select music and graphics, and optimise for online platforms and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
• Contribute creative ideas for video campaigns and maintain equipment in good condition.

Required profile

• Strong video production experience, including planning, shooting and editing.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in diverse environments while maintaining high visual standards.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good working knowledge of English.
• Previous experience in commercial, corporate or real‑estate video production is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communications or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and meet project deadlines.
