Vietnam Speaking Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

JOBA, a fast‑growing cross‑border internet company based in Dubai, is looking for a Vietnam‑speaking Sales and Marketing Specialist to manage and grow its Vietnamese‑language online communities. The role focuses on community conversion, user engagement and supporting onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Vietnamese‑language communities on a daily basis.
• Foster an active atmosphere by initiating discussions, planning content, and organising interactive activities.
• Monitor user behaviour, track trending topics and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and support teams to drive user onboarding, engagement and conversion.
• Maintain accurate operation records and produce regular performance reports.
• Execute community campaigns and engagement initiatives according to the operational plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in community management, social media or related fields.
• Fluent Vietnamese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese social platforms and online community culture.
• Energetic, outgoing personality able to handle unexpected situations quickly.
• Basic English or Mandarin proficiency for cross‑border coordination.
