VIP Flight Attendant – Dubai

About the role

As a VIP Flight Attendant based in Dubai, you will provide the highest level of service, safety and security to an exclusive international clientele. You will work on a variety of routes, delivering a premium cabin experience for high‑profile passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high‑quality service to VIP clients on board.
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers throughout the flight.
• Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking and any special requests.
• Provide in‑flight services such as meal and beverage service, amenity distribution and entertainment assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.
• Collaborate with the flight crew to guarantee smooth operations and an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a cabin crew member, preferably in a VIP or luxury aviation environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Passion for delivering excellence in a high‑profile, exclusive setting.
