VIP Relationship Manager, CIS (Russian Speaking)

About the role

OKX is hiring a VIP Relationship Manager for its CIS region, a sales and account management role focused on VIP retail clients. You will own a portfolio of high-value trading accounts, build relationships, drive VIP upgrades and proactively prospect new clients. You work closely with regional growth, product and business intelligence teams and act as the on-the-ground point of contact for CIS-based VIP traders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for a portfolio of actively trading VIP clients, supporting their day-to-day needs and inquiries
• Proactively identify and prospect new VIP clients through outreach, events and referrals, owning the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and tailored solutions
• Guide clients through OKX's product suite, VIP tier structure, fee benefits and platform updates
• Drive VIP upgrades and upsell relevant product configurations
• Support revenue targets by finding growth opportunities in existing accounts and converting new high-value prospects
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to relay client feedback
• Take part in regional online and offline events and business development activities
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and operate in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management, ideally in crypto, finance, FX or a related field
• Strong desire to sell: comfortable with outreach, pitching and closing
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage several client relationships at once
• Comfortable with data: tracking pipelines, analysing client activity and reporting performance
• Open to business travel across CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions
• Fluent in English and native Russian is a must

Required skills

• Basic understanding of trading products
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges or derivatives is a plus
