VIP Services Agent

About the role

As a member of the elite VIP Services team at Atlantis The Palm, you will deliver personalized, high‑end service to VIP guests throughout their stay, ensuring every need is anticipated and met with excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to VIP guests from arrival to departure, including check‑in, escorting, and orientation.
• Manage concierge enquiries, fulfill special requests, and maintain the Royal Majlis Lounge’s setup and cleanliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, coordinate with resort departments, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role serving VIP or high‑end guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury resort environment.
