About the role
We are looking for a friendly, attentive and professional VIP Waiter to join Addmind Hospitality’s Ushuaia team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a high‑touch, personalised service to VIP guests in a fast‑paced beach‑club environment, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and onboard new VIP clients and groups, building a strong personal network.
- Maintain long‑term relationships with VIP guests, acting as the primary point of contact before, during and after visits.
- Drive table reservations, bottle service and event package sales, promoting upcoming events and artist line‑ups.
- Represent the venue at industry events and partner locations to expand the client network.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date VIP client database, track leads and revenue, and provide regular reports to management.

- Friendly, attentive and professional demeanor.
- Strong product knowledge and a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced beach‑club setting.
