Virtual Relationship Manager – Business Banking (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

As a Virtual Relationship Manager you will manage and develop a portfolio of Business Banking customers, understanding their financial needs and connecting them with the right banking solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on relationship growth, customer retention, cross‑selling and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the assigned commercial portfolio to meet revenue objectives.
• Build strong client relationships, assess financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Support customer transactions, collect documentation, maintain accounts and migrate eligible mass‑segment customers.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, update KYC records and ensure all documents remain valid.
• Identify portfolio risks and ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank, AML regulations and internal policies.
• Proactively cross‑sell asset, liability, trade services, treasury, cash management, investment and other banking solutions.
• Answer inbound calls professionally, resolve queries, follow up on issues and promote bank products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in relationship management, business banking or a similar role.
• Good understanding of basic banking products and services.
• Strong relationship management abilities.
