About the role
Join Le Café LPM, a neighbourhood café where the French Riviera spirit meets Dubai’s modern vibe. As a waiter you will be the face of the venue, managing tables, taking orders and delivering a memorable experience to every guest. You will ensure each drink and dish is served with care, embodying the café’s dedication to quality and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage tables and guests, taking orders and serving with precision.
- Ensure each guest feels genuinely looked after from first hello to last goodbye.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge, recommending and upselling appropriately.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and coordinate with the team.
- Read the table, adapt to mood and pace, remembering preferences.
- Record guest details to provide personalized service on future visits.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; personality, energy and genuine warmth are essential.
- Fluent English is mandatory; French or another European language is a plus.
