Waiter – Full‑time position in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our café in Dubai. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will serve food and beverages to guests while upholding Bateel’s brand standards and delivering a personalised guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders and accurately enter them into the café till system, following cash handling procedures.
• Check the quality and consistency of food and drinks before serving.
• Clear tables, reset settings and maintain a clean and organised side station throughout the shift.
• Assist regular guests, anticipate their needs and provide solutions or escalate issues to the duty manager.
• Ensure compliance with service manuals, SOPs and HACCP food‑safety guidelines.
• Promote Bateel’s menu and retail products by sharing product knowledge and suggesting alternatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine desire to create a warm guest experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle cash responsibly.
• Attention to detail and willingness to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) or café till system.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and food‑safety procedures.
