About the role

As Waiter at Gastronomy at Atlantis The Royal, you will provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues so that guests receive the highest level of fine dining service and courtesy. The resort is part of Kerzner International and sits on the Palm Island, offering 760 rooms, suites and penthouses with sea and skyline views.

Key responsibilities

• Support colleagues in delivering fine dining service and courtesy to guests.
• Be familiar with the complete food and beverage menu and know all promotional activities.
• Monitor the consistency of food and beverage items served to maintain service quality.
• Escalate major problems or complaints to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in a fine dining restaurant.
• Passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deal confidently with a diverse clientele.
