About the role
The F&B Waiter/ress is the front line of guest interactions, acting as a Hospitality Ambassador to deliver prompt and courteous service in all food and beverage outlets of the resort.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure timely and efficient operation of F&B outlets.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and resort facilities.
- Continuously develop professional skills to increase guest satisfaction.
- Uphold a safe and hygienic work area and respect guest privacy.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service and a strong team player.
- Fluent English communication skills.
