Waiter – Imperial Services

About the role

As a Waiter in Imperial Services you will deliver fine‑dining service to guests at Atlantis, The Palm. You will work closely with the restaurant team to ensure every guest experience meets the resort’s high standards of quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu and current promotions.
• Monitor consistency and presentation of dishes and beverages, escalating any issues to management.
• Assist colleagues with service flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables efficiently.
