Waiter – In‑room Dining

About the role

The Food & Beverage Waiter will deliver in‑room dining service at The Meydan Hotel, ensuring guests receive high‑quality food and beverage experiences. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams, use up‑selling techniques, and maintain excellent communication with guests.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all activities follow The Meydan Hotel Quality Standards.
• Act as the link between kitchen and service areas.
• Provide table or counter service of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Stay updated on food and beverage menus to advise guests.
• Receive, store, and handle food and beverages according to hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and report the quality of food and beverages to the F&B Manager or Team Leader.
• Apply up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B, preferably in a five‑star environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision while demonstrating courtesy and teamwork.
