About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter to join our team in Dubai. The role involves providing excellent service to guests in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Explain menu items and provide recommendations to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety, and service standards
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Seafood restaurant experience is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, energetic, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
