About the role

As a Waiter – Room Service you will deliver exceptional in‑room dining experiences for guests at Shangri‑La Dubai. You will uphold the hotel’s high service standards with a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Room Service department.
• Deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally to guest rooms.
• Provide high‑quality, personalized service to each guest.
• Maintain smooth operation of the assigned service section.
• Continuously look for ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Create memorable in‑room dining experiences for every guest.

Required profile

• Passionate about Food & Beverage service with a strong interest in room‑service operations.
• Preferably experienced in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star international hotel in a similar role.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and delivering excellent service.
• Fluent in English.
• Committed to serving food and beverages of the highest quality.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
