About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills as a Waiter who speaks Turkish. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests while supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs.
• Collaborate with team members to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Execute assigned duties in a timely, professional manner and support departmental plans.
• Assist in controlling costs and inventory, ensuring productivity targets are met.
• Maintain effective working relationships and uphold company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a passion for enhancing the dining experience.
• Ability to work well in a team and deliver consistent, memorable service.
• Turkish language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Competitive salary package: AED 1,600‑1,750 per month (based on experience).
• Language allowance of AED 350 and service charge average of AED 700.
