Waiter / Waitress – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team to maintain service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests and set tables according to the type of event.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, order status, special dietary requirements, and re‑cook orders.
• Record transactions using the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Adhere to all company safety, security, and uniform policies while assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.
• Read and verify information in various formats, including small print, to ensure accurate service delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related wait‑staff experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
