About the role
We are seeking energetic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, discreet and personalized service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, seat and serve guests according to hotel service standards.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to advise and upsell guests.
- Prepare the service area before, during and after each shift (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
- Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Minimise waste, breakage and spoilage while adhering to safety procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
- Good command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong customer focus, adaptability, teamwork and responsibility.
