About the role
The Novotel Sharjah Expo Center is seeking enthusiastic waitstaff to join its restaurant team. You will be responsible for delivering courteous, professional service to guests while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to their tables.
- Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware and glasses.
- Present menus, provide detailed information and serve food and beverage orders.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety, checking that all equipment works properly.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Assist with monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English.
