Waiter/ess – Luxury Hotel Dining Service

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a professional, friendly welcome.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining impeccable presentation standards.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with restaurant set‑up and close‑down.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter/ess in a high‑volume, luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are advantageous.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays safely.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
• Basic mathematics for accurate bill calculations and payment processing.
