About the role
You will be the face of the food & beverage experience at Pullman Dubai Downtown, a 5‑star hotel in Business Bay. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of the menu will make each guest feel unique and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong food & beverage product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Calm, courteous and focused on guest needs at all times.
