About the role
Join the Guest Environment team at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, where you will help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Stock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are readily available.
- Clean guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces to brand standards.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance and communication at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving or carrying objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Commitment to a safe workplace, quality standards and guest satisfaction.
- Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard housekeeping tools and equipment.
