About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Ginori Terrace will create memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and professionalism throughout each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, handle supplies, and ensure proper presentation of food and beverages.
- Assist guests with menu information, answer questions, and provide personalized service.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces safely.
