About the role
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. When you join our Hotels team, you will brighten guests’ days every shift. As a Waiter/Waitress you are not only serving food and drink, you are delivering memorable experiences that enhance each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively enhance their meal experience.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean and organized.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
