About the role
Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times, following Rixos standards of performance. The role requires flexibility to rotate across different Food & Beverage sub‑departments and to support other hotel areas as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard, friendly service and recommend food and beverage combinations to guests.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor supplies, reduce waste and assist with regular inventory counts.
- Adhere to hotel policies on hygiene, health, safety and fire regulations.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- Fresher or up to 1 year experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment.
