About the role
As a Waiter/Waitress in the Lobby Lounge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable moments through attentive food and beverage service. Your role is to bring warmth and hospitality to every interaction, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby lounge area.
- Assist guests with menu selections and answer any queries about the offerings.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
