About the role
The Waiter/Waitress role at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre delivers refined, personalized dining experiences for guests in a Forbes Five‑Star luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, gracious, anticipatory service, reflecting elegance and precision.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems and communicate promptly with the kitchen.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu items, wine, beverages, and daily specials.
- Apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
- Maintain immaculate dining areas, set refined tables, and ensure swift clearing and resetting.
Required profile
- Previous food & drink service experience in a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and high grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
