Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel Dining Service

About the role

We are looking for a professional Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury hotel dining team in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain items and provide recommendations.
• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders, communicating special requests to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently following established service standards and sequence.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, promotions and outlet offerings.
• Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, hostess and other F&B team members to ensure smooth service.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately, handling any billing enquiries professionally.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization and presentation of tables and service areas in line with luxury hotel standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or similar F&B role, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or luxury restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused approach.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in a fast‑paced environment.
