About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm, a luxury beachfront resort in Dubai. You will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while delivering a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Prepare and maintain your service station and mise‑en‑place before each shift.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them according to resort service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
- Support special events and private dining functions as required.

- Excellent personal presentation that enhances the guest experience.
- Attentive, personalized service with genuine hospitality.
- Strong guest engagement and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Commitment to upholding the resort’s service standards and core values.
