About the role
The Waiter/Waitress will deliver high‑quality table and counter service in the Millennium Lounge, up‑sell menu items, and act as a liaison between the kitchen and guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide table and counter service of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
- Act as the link between the kitchen and the service area, ensuring orders are delivered accurately.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of food and beverage menus to advise guests.
- Use up‑selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and report any issues to the outlet manager.
Required profile
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a five‑star hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, accuracy and courteous service.
- Excellent guest‑oriented communication skills.
