About the role
Join the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas team to deliver courteous, creative, and efficient service that aligns with Hyatt International standards. This role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction through attentive service and thorough product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Handle guest enquiries politely and efficiently, escalating unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage menu items and recommend suitable combinations.
- Upsell alternative food and beverage options to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure the work area and surrounding spaces remain clean and well‑organized at all times.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
- Friendly, energetic approach with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Fluent in both English and Russian with strong communication skills.
