About the role
JA Hatta Fort Hotel is looking for a friendly and energetic waitperson who enjoys connecting with people and delivering exceptional service. The role centres on food and beverage service in the hotel's restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service and welcome guests to create a warm dining experience
- Take orders, serve food and drinks and ensure guest satisfaction
- Share menu knowledge and recommend dishes and beverages
- Maintain service standards, hygiene and food safety procedures
- Support smooth restaurant operations through teamwork and attention to detail
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude, friendly personality and a passion for service
Required skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cashiering procedures
- HACCP and Food Hygiene certification preferred
