About the role
Join the team at Ballarò, Conrad Dubai, and be the first friendly face guests see. As a waitress you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service and thoughtful recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menu options and respond to dietary requests.
- Take and enter orders accurately, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and serve food and beverages at the appropriate pace.
- Maintain clean, stocked service stations and polished tables for each shift.
- Anticipate guest needs, refresh drinks, and address concerns promptly, involving a supervisor when necessary.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership mindset and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
