About the role

Join AccorHotel in Sharjah as a Waitress, delivering personalized service and creating memorable experiences for guests throughout their dining journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engaging, friendly service from start to finish, adhering to the ibis service promise and brand standards.
• Maintain full knowledge of the menu, beverage list, and any special promotions to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Handle cash and non‑cash transactions, prepare end‑of‑shift reports, and follow safe money‑handling procedures.
• Operate all outlet equipment, follow health, safety, and sanitation policies, and perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the manager.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with a professional presentation and strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); additional language is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• High reliability, responsibility, and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Understanding of cash handling, shift reporting, and safe deposit procedures.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in food and beverage service.
