Waitress – Hotel Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at ibis Styles Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel. You will deliver the full ibis service promise, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service and serve guests in line with brand standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, beverage list and current promotions to answer guest queries.
• Handle cash and non‑cash transactions, complete shift reports and safely deposit monies.
• Operate all outlet equipment and follow health, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Provide professional, warm and personalized service, adhering to hotel telephone etiquette.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties as directed by the manager to ensure overall service quality.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with a polished presentation.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional language is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Previous service experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable, responsible and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
