Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator in Dubai coordinates and optimizes the daily operations of the warehouse facility, covering inventory management, staff supervision, safety compliance and efficient workflows. Goods must be received, stored and shipped accurately and on time, in a safe and organised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff on reporting, health and safety, attendance, scheduling and training, and foster teamwork and continuous improvement
• Deliver and pick up orders; UAE driver's licence (manual preferred) is mandatory
• Receive, sort and store incoming goods, verify stock availability and run regular inventory counts, audits and cycle checks
• Create purchase orders and post GRNs in Sage, set inventory codes, lot numbers and expiry dates
• Oversee e-commerce order picking, packing and shipping, support loading/unloading and coordinate shipments with logistics teams
• Handle big orders and prepare stock transfers
• Coordinate maintenance of forklifts, conveyor systems and packing machinery, and perform routine inspections
• Maintain records of inventory and shipments, complete forms and reports, and follow up on pending deliveries
• Post daily sales invoices for online and retail channels, create sales orders and proforma invoices, issue credit notes and monitor Amazon seller and vendor accounts for returns, sales and disputes
• Work with external vendors and transport carriers, and help the Supply Chain Manager with inventory items and purchase orders
• Coordinate export shipments, negotiate export rates and prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for GCC exports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma/certification
• At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations
• UAE driver's licence (manual) and preferably own car
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management and e-commerce order fulfilment
• Use of Sage for inventory and GRN posting
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure, attention to detail and organisational skills
