Warehouse Officer

About the role

AirQ is seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures materials, components and equipment are received, stored, tracked and issued safely and accurately to support production and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, put‑away, picking, dispatch and returns while maintaining accurate ERP records.
• Supervise and prioritize the warehouse team’s daily tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and HSE standards.
• Maintain precise inventory records, conduct cycle counts, physical stocktakes and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, AIT, Procurement and Planning to meet material availability requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, excess, damaged or obsolete items, and improve warehouse processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace or aviation.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage inventory control and work with ERP/WMS systems.
• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock‑taking and material traceability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
