Driver Operations Associate - UAE

About the role

Lalamove is seeking a proactive Driver Operations Associate to lead end‑to‑end driver operations in the UAE. You will work closely with local teams and the Driver Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence and adapt global standards to the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between the local team, Driver Operations Manager and other departments.
• Develop data‑driven insights on the UAE supply market, including regulations, driver demographics and regional challenges.
• Implement proven frameworks and best practices to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute and review strategic initiatives using localized data.
• Document high‑impact learnings and scale them to grow the local supply market.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in call‑centre or delivery platform operations.
• Experience managing diverse fleet operations (2W and 4W vehicles).
• Office‑based primary point of contact for driver partners, handling acquisition, onboarding, training and retention.
• Strong KPI delivery, initiative execution and daily reporting.
• Data‑driven mindset with exposure to analytics.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and willingness to conduct field engagements.
