About the role
Al Tayer Insignia, the retail division of Al Tayer Group, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role manages the receipt, storage and internal movement of assets across the Retail portfolio, including the VM warehouse.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the logistics of moving creative assets across the retail estate.
- Receive all orders into the warehouse and cross-check them against procurement records, reporting inaccuracies or damage promptly.
- Keep accurate and detailed stock records in the VM warehouse and protect assets from damage and wear and tear.
- Dispose of creative assets after an agreed period, by staff sale or wastage.
- Supervise the team of Warehouse Coordinators and Drivers, guide and motivate them, and manage the delivery schedule.
- Ensure safe working practices and high housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
Required profile
- 3-5 years of experience in retail logistics or warehouse/stockrooms.
- Process-driven approach, excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal guidance.
