Warehouse Supervisor – Oil & Gas

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, supporting Petrochem Performance Chemicals’ oil‑and‑gas activities. The role ensures safe receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of materials while maintaining accurate stock records and compliance with QHSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, issuance, storage and protection of all materials and equipment.
• Plan and direct shipment, receipt, storage and issuance processes for the country’s warehouse facilities.
• Establish and maintain warehousing and distribution standards and procedures.
• Oversee data entry of receipts and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct periodic physical inventories and manage inter‑company stock transfers.
• Provide training on warehousing practices, material‑handling equipment, safety and hazardous‑material handling.
• Maintain QHSE compliance and promote a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years of warehouse supervision experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, safety regulations and QHSE standards.
• Ability to develop performance measures, schedules and staff evaluations.
