About the role
The Watch Technician is responsible for high‑quality repairs and maintenance of watches and clocks, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent after‑sales service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform professional repairs of watches and clocks to industry standards.
- Evaluate and provide technical estimates on watch authenticity and reparability.
- Verify and monitor quality control checks to meet service standards.
- Consolidate technical issues and give feedback to improve service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
Required profile
- Completed 10th Standard education.
- 5+ years experience as a service technician working with watches and clocks.
- Strong knowledge of watches and the watch industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
