Web Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Designer to join our growing creative team in Dubai. The role involves producing innovative designs and polished deliverables while collaborating closely with Development and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual design stages from concept through final hand‑off to development.
• Conceptualize original website designs that simplify complex challenges and enhance user friendliness.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction ideas.
• Present designs and key deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
• Work within company brand guidelines, industry best practices, and standards.
• Solve problems creatively and effectively.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in‑house role.
• Strong conceptual sense of design, colour, layout, proportions and typography.
• Ability to produce a variety of design and digital illustration solutions quickly.
• Experience designing multimedia, video, and web pieces.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
